Designing a food landscape for the haute cuisine dining experience. Working with world renown chef Ryan Flaherty “Mr Jennings” to explore a sensorial approach to fine dining. You will design cutlery, flatware, tools & vessels et al. Across a broad range of materials and processes: additive manufacturing, casting, forming & finishing. This Studio will include guest lectures, excursions and an exclusive bespoke menu dining experience.
